  1. Cook the chicken cutlets over medium heat on the stove until thoroughly cooked.
  2. Remove from heat and cut into thin slices.
  3. Clean all the fruit and slice strawberries and cantaloupe into small, manageable pieces.
  4. Arrange the lettuce on a dinner plate.
  5. Add several pieces of each fruit on top of the lettuce.
  6. Add several pieces of the cooked chicken slices and then drizzle all with the raspberry vinaigrette to taste.
