OK, so this dessert is extremely easy to make and you most likely have just about all the ingredients in your house at this very moment. All that might be missing is a 7oz bag of shredded coconut.
7oz shredded coconut
1/2 stick of butter (I know, unhealthy…blah, blah)
1/2 cup milk (I used almond milk and it worked just fine)
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sugar (I know!! unhealthy!)
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix all the ingredients together and pour into 2 pie plates or 2 square brownie pans. Cook for 30 minutes.
Let them cool a bit, then serve them but beware…they disappear quickly.
